Quiklie (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard Personal Data when you access our website at quiklie.com (“Website”), subscribe to our SaaS platform, or use any of our software and services (“Services”).

We operate as the controller and processor of personal data collected through our Website and Services.

Contact Information:
Email: ary@quiklie.com

2. What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Our SaaS subscription platform
  • Our API/dashboard
  • Merchant onboarding and support
  • Integrations performed through our software

This policy does not apply to third-party banks, processors, or payment institutions you integrate with through our platform.

3. Quiklie Is Not a Payment Processor

Quiklie provides SaaS software that enables merchants to integrate their own bank accounts, payment providers, or financial institutions to manage payments.

We do not:

  • Collect payments on behalf of merchants
  • Process, settle, or route transactions like Stripe, PayPal, or Square
  • Act as a payment gateway, ISO, acquirer, aggregator, or money transmitter
  • Hold merchant or consumer funds
  • Charge transaction fees

We only charge merchants subscription fees for access to our software.

All consumer payments occur directly between the merchant and their bank or payment provider, not through Quiklie.

Because of this:

  • Merchants are the Data Controllers for transaction-related data.
  • Quiklie acts only as a Data Processor for limited technical or integration-related metadata.

This clarification ensures transparency and compliance with applicable financial and data protection laws.
